If there is an issue with one of your products, please reach out to us at info@boccemart.com and let us know the problem. An attempt will be made to resolve the issue via phone or email. If it has been less than six (6) months since your order, please provide your order number and request a return authorization number. You will need to attach the return authorization number to the outside of your package and send us the tracking number of the package. Details for the return shipping address will be provided with the return authorization number information. Once the product is received and the issue researched, a determination will be made as to the source of the issue and best resolution. Your product may be repaired or replaced with the exact product or a similar product. Even after six months, BocceMart may still decide to repair or replace your product for free or a fair fee.
